Jasper Hokken is a programmer at IDFA, widely regarded as the world's largest documentary film festival. He curates the Short Documentary Competition and selects short films for Best of Fests, Signed, Frontlight, and Luminous sections. He also works on IDFA on Stage, a program that explores intersections between documentary, performance, and new media. Before that he worked on IDFA's Music Documentary program and concert series in collaboration with the Melkweg music venue. He holds an MA degree in Preservation and Presentation of the Moving Image from the University of Amsterdam.

Mania Akbari is an Iranian-born filmmaker, artist, and curator working across documentary, experimental cinema, and feminist video practice. Emerging from Iran's underground art scene, her work explores the body as a site of political inscription, trauma, and resistance. She often collaborates with women in participatory film processes, using personal narratives to interrogate structures of gender, censorship, and memory. Her films have screened internationally at major festivals including Venice and CPH:DOX, and her practice extends into curation and cross-disciplinary projects that bridge cinema, performance, and visual art.

Khavn is a Filipino filmmaker, writer, and composer known for an extremely prolific and genre-defying body of work spanning more than 200 films, alongside literature, music, and curation. His cinema moves between experimental, narrative, and musical forms, often embracing radical fragmentation and improvisation. He has presented work at major festivals including Rotterdam, Venice, and Berlin, and his films and performances frequently engage with themes of urban chaos, political violence, and cultural resistance. Beyond filmmaking, he is also a poet, publisher, and musician whose practice spans multiple artistic ecosystems.

Uruphong Raksasad is an independent filmmaker and film production instructor. His body of work encompasses both short and feature-length films, most of which explore the people and cultures of rural Thailand, particularly the northern region where he was born and raised. He has also produced a documentary series chronicling periods of social and political conflict in Thailand. His films are strongly rooted in documentary practice, even when incorporating fictional elements, and often rely on visual expression rather than dialogue to tell their stories. His works have been presented and awarded at major international film festivals, including the International Film Festival Rotterdam, where Agrarian Utopia (2009) received a NETPAC Special Mention and Songs of Rice (2014) won the FIPRESCI Prize; the Asia Pacific Screen Awards, where Agrarian Utopia (2009) received the UNESCO Award; and the Jogja-NETPAC Asian Film Festival, where the same film won both the Golden Hanoman Award and the NETPAC Award. His films have also been presented at the Yamagata International Documentary Film Festival, CPH:DOX, Viennale, Doclisboa, Hot Docs, the Tokyo International Film Festival, and the Taipei Golden Horse Film Festival.

Rungmanee Mekhasobhon is a journalist, author, and former producer at the BBC Thai Service in London. She has served as a media executive and as a member of the Board of Governors of Thai PBS. With extensive experience in journalism, documentary journalism, and public affairs analysis, she is recognized for her expertise in politics, society, and the Indochina region. She is the author of several books on Thai and Indochinese political history, particularly Cambodia, and received the Si Burapha Award in 2024.

Born on 14 September 1992, Aelm Bhumibhat Thavornsiri began his career in the entertainment industry as a fashion model. In 2019, he made his feature film debut in Nakorn-Sawan (นคร-สวรรค์, 2019). The following year, he appeared in the television series Sleepless Society: Luang Lamer Rak (2020) and gained wider recognition for his performance in the "SOTUS" episode of Girl from Nowhere Season 2 (เด็กใหม่ ซีซั่น 2 ตอน รับน้อง, 2021). In 2022, he starred in The Up Rank (อาชญาเกม, 2022), a feature film set in the world of competitive gaming. His performance reached a new milestone with In Youth We Trust (วัยหนุ่ม 2544, 2024), in which he once again demonstrated his remarkable acting ability, earning widespread critical acclaim.

Dujdao Vadhanapakorn is a performance artist, director, and dance movement psychotherapist. Since 2002, she has worked with B-Floor Theatre, one of Thailand’s leading contemporary theatre companies. Her practice spans theatre, site-specific performance, experiential performance, design, and creative production management. Her training in dance movement psychotherapy has had a significant influence on her artistic approach. Her works often invite audiences to participate and discover meaning through their own personal experiences. Dujdao is particularly interested in the relationship between social phenomena, human behaviour, and psychological experience. Her practice is characterized by a critical and introspective approach that examines the complexity and subtlety of lived experience.
